In an AM/Pro role, the uncapped commission structure is incredible. In a leadership role, the best part is the potential to earn LTIs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership's level of dedication is unmatched. Our leadership team cares so deeply about the success of our employees and our organization. They clearly communicate plans, goals, strategies and vision for the future. They have a boots on the ground approach and roll up their sleeves to support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are not co-workers, they are family and spending time with them is easy. We work hard together and do life together. I have a true sense of job security and stability working here; I know I will have a rewarding and challenging life-long career with IG.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work we do is meaningful and extremely rewarding. Finding candidates a home and delivering for our clients is challenging but so fulfilling. There are no better people to work with every day; I love my team and care so much about them. The opportunity for growth is inspiring and motivating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team comradery and banter make working together fun and make every day joyful. The level of care about one another both in and outside of work is genuine; people go out of their way to show how much they care about their team members. Everyone is motivated and push each to achieve their best.
