What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I admire about our leadership team is that they inspire a true vision, they lead for the LONG term versus this quarters goals, and even as a good sized company it feels like they care about each of us individually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel lucky to be in a dual role. My sales team keeps me reminded that we can work hard but still not take ourselves so seriously. They help keep things in perspective for me and truly are my family. For my management role, I love that I get to inspire others to harness their full potential.
