I love IG, but I do wish Pro Recruiters were compensated more competitively so that the long hours and low work-life balance are more doable. Culture is perfect here and I wouldn't change that part of the company one bit!

We are all positive and want to help each other succeed toward our goals.

I like that they're willing to adapt and be malleable with new ideas, new technology etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We provide feedback and address issues immediately before they become a cancer. We don't tolerate complaining.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I work hard long hours for a period in time and see it pay off on my paycheck. That's the beauty of commission work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Pro Recruiters are responsible for 3 times more than the Account Managers, but we are not even paid a third of what they are for each start we get for them.
