I have made this company a lot of money but I am still struggling to achieve the lifestyle that I want to live. They say your growth potential is what you make it but I disagree due to the nature of our industry- the uncontrollables make it difficult to maintain a sustainable lifestyle.

The friendships that I have made along the way. Especially those you have failed and succeeded with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their Growth Mindset and always looking to the future success of individuals and the company as a whole
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This industry has so many uncontrollables and no matter how hard you work sometimes there is little reward. Sometimes you get a taste of success and then things plummet for a reason outside of your control and unfortunately the company doesn't recognize that our livelihood changes so easily.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being happy for the success of another, even if you have not seen success yourself. It's never going to be an even playing field and people need to realize that. They should be happy for the success of others and not hinder them. They could also ask for advice or seek help if they would like to grow
