It's very cliquey, and our sales managers/leadership team doesn't work well together so the teams are distant.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They navigated the pandemic well, and I trust that they will continue to navigate us well going forward. I trust their decision-making.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission. The biggest part that needs improvement - a 401K match. We should all be encouraged and educated on saving for retirement, and $250/year is nothing. The company should invest in our futures as well by offering a percentage match.
