I have been with IG for almost 7 years and have seen a lot of positive changes over the years. I am confident the company is going in a good direction and know my job is safe and valued.

What makes me most happy is feeling valued and appreciated, which I do feel everyday

The best part is the bonuses I am eligible for a well as the contest trip and contest bonus

The leadership I have is incredible. My manager truly cares about me being successful and wants me to be the best I can be.

The culture is the best thing about IG. It is the thing that keeps me happy and is the reason I know IG will be my forever company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my role should get higher commission and a higher base. Recruiters can make a lot of money out their and I think IG needs to compensate higher
