What are some of the best things about your team?
Truly knowledgeable about their positions and the industry updates, trends, etc. Very friendly and willing to help out even if it might not be included in their position duties. They are proud of their work and strive to do the best they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits and compensation could be improved upon, especially compared to other companies in my city. Truly bringing our compensation to at least market mid rates would greatly help. Benefits are still priced high and the company could do more to offset some costs or find better packages.
