I work for Monument. I have been here almost 6 years and prior to that, I was with Insight Global for 2 years. I love my job. When I was feeling inadequate, I spoke with out SVP and we realized that Monument needed a training team and I am the reason we made that happen. I am now growing my team.

I am always heard and I know my opinion is valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone matters and it is so true! The open door policy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the phone allowance and am pleased with my salary. I do not love out 401K. I use my husband's benefits.
