Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some people including myself who have been over over 6+ years, built countless relationships with clients (and new clients) and they should be compensated based on tenure/merit once they move out of sales. It shouldnt have to be a major step down in pay (generally speaking) to move orgs.
