I'm just not paid fairly and it's a slap in the face. I am a Lead but act partially as a Sales Manager and have a base of $50k. My commission structure is less than half of my counterparts, I am told that I'm a manager of Pro's but my base is literally $50k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i am a manager and my base is literally 50k, and my commission structure is less than half of my counterparts. i am not eligible for bonuses, and i can't get over how my base is literally 50k. i get such high praise but i think it's because others wouldn't dream of doing the work i do at a 50k base
