Overall, my experience has been extremely positive. We are a newer company in the grand scheme of things, but we hold our shared values to the greatest standard and we expect high character from everyone we work with, even if it means we lose business. I'm proud to work here.

Making a difference in other people's careers/development, and also coming through for my clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the fact that there is uncapped commission as well as cash bonuses for performing well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has a feeling of being there for eachother while also holding high standards. I also feel like I can be vulnerable about what I'm struggling with and they're there to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a "growth" mindset, as well as a culture of celebrating the gaps within our environment. Even on executive leadership calls, everyone is striving to know how we can be better and we constantly ask for feedback, no matter what level we're in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are really here to listen to us. Our culture has grown exponentially in the last few years in a positive way, and it is nice to know that they have their people's best interests at heart; and that comes from executive level and trickles down.
