I am very happy with my company. The people are the best part. The only things that are lacking are benefits, which are extremely expensive and not in line with other companies of a similar size.

The base salary is good and the opportunity for a salary increase is very fair.

My team is always supportive and engaged. We help each other, cheer each other on, and have a great comradery.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged with all of the staff regardless of job title and no one is 'less important' than anyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is positive and upbeat. Leadership is engaged with everyone and I know that I could reach out to anyone in the company without being made to feel that I'm too low on the totem pole to be engaged with.
