I have been in different departments at IG, and it really depends on my role/team. I have had not so good experiences and I have been truly in love with my job and the work I get to do every day. Once you find the right fit, it can be a wonderful experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How down-to-earth and real they are. They genuinely care about the success of the company and all of the individuals that make it possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are SO close, personally and professionally. We truly have one another's best interest at heart and care about each other on a different level than just "co-workers"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I should be compensated more for the amount of work on my plate. And I think that could be accomplished fairly easy if my internal leadership would step up and get certain approvals that would allow us to make the amount we deserve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can all connect on a personal and professional level. I genuinely enjoy being around other IG employees without feeling like I HAVE to bond with them just because we all work at IG. Everyone is encouraging and truly wants you to be the very best version of yourself every single day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around the people I adore and being able to feed off of each other. I love witnessing everyone's success and on the flip side I love being there when maybe thing aren't going too well, but we have that bond to help pull each other up and push each other to get back on track.
