I like working for IG. I like working for the Richmond office and working with the people I work with. Overall, I'm highly satisfied, but there are a couple specific things I wish I could change.

fun people to work with, always helpful with finding answers to questions

we celebrate the little things and for the most part, give credit where credit is due

they care about my well-being, my goals and making sure I'm happy in the role I'm in
What makes you most happy at work?
working with the internal teams I communicate with and helping other AM's learn new business and recruiters with recruiting tasks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
low base salary, added responsibilities to the AM'S plate with self-sourcing and we don't get full commission for people we source on our own- we are required to loop in recruiters who only help with onboarding then and occasional engage when the person is hired
