There is a phenomenal work life balance. We celebrate eachothers highs both in work and personal life.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people by a landslide. Both leadership and our office are the reason I enjoy waking up and going to work everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I truly think of them as family. They build eachother up and always always make sure to check in throughout the highs and lows.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the commission structure is a little skewed as well as salary base being far lower than the work that is put in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares. I think that is the most critical part of who they are and how impactful they are. They truly care about each individual on a personal and professional status.
