The term too good to be true can often be thrown around when you are "recruited" into a new role - Insight Global is not too good to be true. They have fulfilled every promise they have made in my first 4 years with the company.

Uncapped commission and the flexibility on PTO as long as it is not abused.

They take care of us as employees, personally, professionally, and financially. It is not a one size fits all approach.

I am busy 95% of the time and the work I do is productive. Their is a result from the work I put forth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a good friend or someone they can truly rely on or trust. It provides for a safe space and for everyone to bring their best self.
