Everyone is so different but we are so similar in being head strong and determined!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership teams really get to know every individual and you don't feel like just another person on their team. It's very personable and intimate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to take charge of my own business and future. In another company, I wouldn't have a similar chance and this allows me to go above and beyond to work harder for myself
