I have grown up into a completely different and better version of myself. I love Insight Global and everything it has brought to my life, good and bad. I've been able to grow alongside my coworkers as well which is very rewarding.

I have had ups and downs during my experience here. Getting promoted into a pandemic was very challenging. I've had my ups and downs. I am grateful for the opportunities and growth I have experienced.

I enjoy that anyone has an opportunity to grow and be pushed to the next level.

I love the environment of trust and care. It makes me the most productive and confident.

I am most happy about the office space, my teammates, and the overall drive to get things done during the day.

I love my team - they are some of my best friends! I feel like I am surrounded by the best most hardworking people.

I love my coworkers - they are my family and the reason I love coming to work every day! I have a hard time working remotely because I love my team so much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would prefer to have a slightly higher base pay for stability. I would also like to have benefits that are covered more by company. I pay quite a bit out of pocket
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is there to provide anything and everything we could ever need to achieve higher leadership and professional goals, however it is entirely on us and our work ethic if we want to make that push towards our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our values and the promise the company makes to everyone they bring on the team: to invest in you personally, professionally, and financially. This company has allowed me to grow in so many ways outside of professional aspects and I am extremely grateful for that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly higher base pay and better benefit coverage. The average cost for a house in my market has risen over $100k in less than a year and it would make things a lot easier if I had a higher base salary. I also have medical expenses which requires me to pay the highest heath care plan.
