I love the company, but I do feel like the base pay is extremely unfair. It takes a long time to build up to earning commission and 55k is an extremely unlivable salary-- especially when EVERYONE is working at least 10 hours a day (2 hours longer than the normal corporate worker).

Higher base pay. $55k is barely livable in Boston. $65k would make me work harder and happier, not worrying about rent and bills

The leadership team cares about their people over everything. They fully understand that their team comes first, and a happy team will do a job well-done!
