I love work - I am never bored, always challenged and work with people I enjoy. Leadership is best in class and the culture is authentic. Only area of feedback I have is benefits and pay. The benefits are poor, we should have a 401k match, and salaries are low for the work we do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits - 401k is nonexistent. Salary increases to better compete with the industry and comparable roles in other businesses; cost of living raises
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family environment - leadership cares about us as people and building careers at Monument, not just having a stop at Monument along the way to something else.
