Unique. It went from the worst job ever to a dream job. The company recently shifted to investing in my team so instead of feeling siloed, we now feel like we have an opportunity to help drive the impact of the company!

What makes you most happy at work?
Space to think so I can help innovate better. The extremely fast pace leads to zero time to innovate and grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not receiving industry standard compensation or resources. Constant last minute, HUGE projects fall on myself and team to figure out without any respect for our time or the process. Education, empathy, trust and realistic expectations is a good starting place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are some very real hiccups that were brought to light recently and our leadership was so supportive. Immediately reacting to alleviate the issues and provide a place the help grow everyone personally, professionally and financially while giving us space to be the light!
