They truly care about me as a person and want the absolute best for me. They invest in my passions and help align my goals with the company's initiates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is a lot of commitment on the employee side and a lot of time invested and I have seen it takes a lot of time to hit a certain compensation and people get burnt out in the meantime, especially in the corporate world. It does not necessarily work the same in sales.
