I believe my rate is lower than the average. I'd like to see more benefits like employer contribution matching in 401K and tuition reimbursement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the time to do more core role responsibilities. Thinking critically about my job and executing to a high standard that I feel proud of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative. Everyone jumps in to help. Driven. People are hard working. Professional. There isn't an abundance of drama. People get the job done in a professional manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and available. They involve people from up and down the vertical in decisions/direction for company initiatives. This helps drive engagement and ownership in the success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe everyone does actually matter. Monument spends a lot of time working with individuals to hold onto good talent, help them adapt, and pursue their career goals.
