I have been able to gain more experience in 3 years than I would have been able to anywhere else. It can be fast paced and demanding at times, but the opportunities I have been given have made it worth it.

They truly care about their people. You can tell that this is the root of the majority of decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The corporate office is undervalued in base compensation. I think this model worked in the past when we were a smaller company; however, I think that in order to build the company at the rate we want to, we need to invest in the corporate office.
