Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there was a better RRSP match & if Pro's made more percentage wise on commission to make it more close to an AM. If I make 30K /week for the company and do all the touchpoints and follow up and engage touchpoints... I should be closer compensated to the person just bringing the role.
