So far it has been great, lots of opportunities to learn and grow under the support of our leadership and my colleagues. It is a difficult job at times, but ultimately it is growing me as an individual.

More vacation days, given the INSANE hours I put in. I only get 10 at present, which is a step down from my previous employer. Would also be great to be able to work fully remote.
