Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't afford my bills on an R1 salary. I am putting in 50+ hours a week at minimum to be successful. I also have to work another job on the weekend to afford to live. I feel drained and over worked. I want to work hard to be successful but the R1 salary is not a livable wage.
