There is value in the work that we do. Having the opportunity to change someone's life through finding a new job is extremely rewarding.

Our company offers low commission to recruiters and high commission to account managers when both are equally influential to the success of the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a work hard play hard culture. We keep it lighthearted for the most part and do things to keep it fun and interesting.
