Overall, I'm happy where I'm at. I wish we were compensated for Recruiter Development as that's at least 10 hours of our week that takes away from producing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary has not changed in 10 years, yet inflation is up 8% just from this last year. We are responsible for training and developing and have at least 1 direct report and are not compensated at all for it.
