I think it's been pretty good, I just feel an overwhelming amount of guilt and anxiety when I take time off. It makes it hard to enjoy vacation when I know that I will come back to 1000 emails or still get texts during my time off about stuff to do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we work incredibly hard to then get deducted thousands of dollars out of our spread when contractor's take sick time that we're required to give, as well as when they get benefits that we're required to give. Doesn't seem fair.
