Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's just not enough in today's market and considering the work that I do. If Benefits and 401k were better then I would feel better about pay but that is not in the cards so we should receive stipends or additional pay as internals to offset the high benefit costs and transit since RTO
