Love it overall...can say I likely will be here until I retire. Don't love that the growth plan for a high earning AM doesn't exist really unless you want to make 1/5 of what you do. Don't love random intiatives (throw things at a wall let's see what sticks). Seems disorganized Love the people

Culture - promoted to be friends Ex team nights, they love team dynamic - go have fun at work and oustide of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love learning about the actual business and technology. It makes me feel like I have a hand in a bit of every sphere in our current climate. Love the people I work with and my clients
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager specifically is always there to help even if its not "his job". Messages me if I've had a bad day even after work hours. Is super kind, funny, keeps things light, and really fun for the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recruit on 80% of my reqs and often identify the person who gets the job. I think we should be getting double commission if that's the case. Comparable firms have comission up to 60%, ours is 23% with first couple thousand in spread at 0. Burden for some of my accounts are an extra .1-.2
