I wish executive leadership spent more time with us on the sales floor instead of preaching just to work harder.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay to afford market inflation rates and to afford basic necessities. having executive leadership communicating with the sales people rather than just the small anecdotes from the regionals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If compensation reflected market value- our culture currently is not strong enough to make IG as competitive against other staffing companies who want us. we are willing to work hard, but please just give us a base pay so we can afford the basic necessities.
