Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am promoted now but I think as an R1 I was severely under paid. In addition, I was hired on with going onsite once a week (my commute can sometimes be 2 hours) and now were in office three days a week. Some people on our team get special privileges and only have to come to the office once/ week
