They only hire people that are embedded with our shared values which makes for a positive work environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The compassion they show for both our personal and progessional lives. As well as the timr and dedication they put towards our development!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not a livable wage for an R1 and if i didnt have family to support me until i got promoted, i wouldnt be able to work here.
