I have loved my time here so much. The people are great and most everyone seems genuinely dedicated to doing hard work and making a difference. Leadership sees that we can do good work. I worry sometimes that the impact isn't clear from what we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Connected and invested to what we do and our impact, but gives us enough autonomy to get things done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really like each other and are committed to each other's success. We are connected to each other as more than colleagues. We have very little drama.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the shared values and that they are a touchpoint for us all. It's hard ot get off course when the vision and mission are so clear.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team and I love the work we do It's what gets me out of bed every day. We have built so much to be proud of together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am fairly compensated for what I do and at my current level. I am surprised by the benefits package at a place with this many employees. It feels like there aren't may options or great care under any of them. I'd pay more for better.
