It's fun! We work hard but we're rewarded and are encouraged to build strong relationships both personally and professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're close. We're honest with each other because we care about one another and our growth and development. We can cheer one another on and always want the best for each other!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they care. They want to be in the weeds with things and are fully invested. When they don't know something, they seek to understand it fully! We celebrate our people well and that is top-down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I LOVE that we have 5 days of paid service days. How cool that our company encourages us to get outside the office walls and serve our communities and the world. It's another example of how we live our our Shared Values.
