It has given me a lot of opportunity to set a career path that I am excited about. I think that some things can be better such as benefits, overall compensation for those outside of the field, and a better work life balance for most but the experience has been overall positive for me.

More remote flexibility would make my work life balance better and improve my overall productivity.

They will fight for their people and intentionally do their best to take care and grow their people.

The energy, the comradery, and the ability to move around based off of your career goals and interests.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that I have a fair salary and I appreciate the growth that was put in place for corporate last year.
