Positive. Upbeat. But we also get things done!

We only promote from within so for me I love the fact they have been in my shoes too!

It comes from the people we hire. We hire hardworking positive individuals and by doing that while also maintaining a fun work environment.

My Co Workers and what the company stands for. Our work hard play hard culture has kept me here now over 5 years!

We are like a family. We are there for one another through good times and bad. I also love seeing them outside of work too!

I love my team! every person is SO motivated but at the same time so positive. I have some of my best friends because of Insight Global.

I am always challenged. every single day. I always have things to do but at the same time we have fun and celebrate our successes as well!

They have been all been in my shoes. We only promote from within so any situation; good or bad; I have someone who can look up to and ask questions to!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have uncapped commission. I think our base could be higher but for the last 4 years I have made well over 100,000 a year. I am 28 years old now and I really don't know anyone aside from a few friends who are attorneys who make what I do.
