Open office environment, definitely a startup mentality and they are not afraid of change. If something needs to change they do it.

We have a great commission structure so if you put in more time you are compensated more than fairly for that time put in

It is a service based leadership! All of the managers don't see themselves as better than you, just as someone that is there to guide you

My coworkers are my best friends, if I am going to do something on the weekend it is going to be with them. It's truly like a family
