How invested they are in developing me professionally as well as personally. Every manager I have had here genuinely cares about my success and has worked hard to develop me.

The earning potential, you make a good amount of compensation on each placement and every year continue to make more bonuses and stock- I currently get an extra 30kcash/30kstock every December.
