Love it! its hard work but worth it in the end if you can hit bonuses. I would just ask for salary's to be market rate to ensure people dont leave for competitors. While i have the floor i would like to suggest a drink cooler. You go to our customers and they have drink fridges! drinks over snacks!

We are so close personally as well! We are all here to work hard and all motivated by the same things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pit... The open concept is so unique and genuinely helps us get the job done quicker. We are loud and a lot and there is a lot of chaos, but it helps get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other manager roles at competitive firms have a higher base. If you want to keep us here long term it needs to be competitive with a management role at our competitors as well. It seems like we are making it harder and harder to hit bonuses when that is what makes this job feel paid fairly.
