What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its fun but challenging - theres never a dull moment. Even in the challenging moments, there is always people you can lean on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly pay increases based on inflation. Increased budgets to do the things we want to do with out teams in order to increase morale. In order to compete in the market - more job perks would be appreciated
