There are committees and groups (WLC, DEI) that folks can join to feel better connected to others in the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role does not have a defined promotional path, or no promotional path at all. Compensation is heavily under the value provided by myself and my fellow team members.
