Culture is pretty good, but experience is not valued as much as it should be. Also need more competitive compensation to induce retention.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of benefits continues to increase yearly with no increase in base salary...I have never worked anywhere that didn't give annual increases.
