IG tries to appeal to all race, sex and class which i appreciate.

we hang out outside of work i try to do a monthly activity with the ladies on my team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
to get paid market value, i do a lot of managerial task at times for me not to be a manager. I do not mind stepping up and helping but it would be nice to be paid for the task i do outside of my normal job duties.
What makes you most happy at work?
to say hi to my coworkers but i much rather work from home i get more work done as it is less distractions from others who aren't working like i am i work in ap 1 of 3 that pays for everything in the company and loud noise and too much talking can be a drag when i am trying to focus and pay bills
