I have never felt like a cog in the wheel, I've always felt so valued from the highest level all the way to my colleagues. I think regardless of anything else this is what makes working at a company worthwhile.

They are transparent and always looking out for the best interests of us as employees and people.

I have people who are invested in my success and are always there to help me and pick me up when I'm not doing well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our base salaries are low when looking at the average compensation for my role in the area I live. I understand the commission structure makes up for this but having a bit more security always helps.
