Most of my time within the company has been great. Yes, like everything, I do sometimes feel undervalued. But I do talk it out with a leader who offers advice. Overall, I am very happy working here and look forward to many years to come.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team I have worked with thus far have shown that they are invested in our success. Could things be a little better. sure, but overall, it is a trusted team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interaction with my team, co-workers, my consultants and clients. I get to work with them every day to ensure they have a great day. Always looking for ways to improve employee values, my team values and uphold my companies' values.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although I have things that I feel are important to me and they don't always go well (my perception). Overall, this is a great company to work for that values their people. I am not going anywhere else. I love my job!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I have demonstrated the skill set needed for the next position. My feedback, my reviews, feedback from external and internal co-workers from several departments. I understand the interview, but it requires so many moving pieces. Medical costs are not good for those who really need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can count on one hand the number of co-workers I interact with. Most are always busy. When I try to connect or offer assistance, experience advise, etc. even in meetings when providing info - I am totally ignored. it's ok. I do have my close team/co-workers and leaders I speak to, and I am good.
