What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a competitive base salary but can also make uncapped commissions. I love how I have a base salary to keep me stable but I also love how I can put in extra work and see that hard work come through in my paycheck in commissions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how our leadership is promoted from within. Every single person comes into the company in the same role and it's pure hard work that gets someone promoted into leadership. Our leaders work just as hard, if not harder than our Account Managers and Recruiters and lead by example.
