Commission structure is very fair, but for my role (Professional Recruiter) I wish more equity was awarded for hitting bonuses. I understand the difference in commission structure between Sales and Recruiting positions, but I think the bonus structure should be more even.
Our leadership team is compensated based on total team performance, creating a very caring environment. It makes them very involved in the day to day of the sales and recruiting force, and always gives you a sense of having a true partner in leadership.
